By accessing the website or purchasing the program, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Program
Tinnitus Clarity is a self-guided educational program designed to help participants better understand tinnitus and learn strategies that may help reduce its impact.
The program may include video lessons, educational materials, exercises, worksheets, sound-therapy guidance, cognitive strategies, and related resources.
2. Educational Purpose Only
Tinnitus Clarity provides educational and informational content.
It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, emergency services, or individualized medical advice.
Nothing in the program creates a doctor-patient, audiologist-patient, therapist-client, or other healthcare-provider relationship.

3. No Guarantee of Results
Tinnitus affects people differently.
Tinnitus Clarity does not promise or guarantee that:
• Tinnitus will disappear
• Tinnitus loudness will decrease
• Habituation will occur within a particular period
• Every participant will experience the same outcome
Testimonials and patient stories describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar results.
4. Program Access
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, purchase of the Tinnitus Clarity program provides:
12 months of program access from the date of purchase.
Access is provided to the individual purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or distributed to another person.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Gumroad or another payment provider identified at checkout.
Pricing displayed at the time of purchase controls your transaction.
Founding Member pricing, discounts, promotional pricing, or other special offers may be changed or discontinued for future purchasers at any time.
6. Refunds
Purchases are subject to the Tinnitus Clarity Refund Policy displayed on our website.
Mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your jurisdiction are not limited by these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All Tinnitus Clarity materials, including but not limited to:

are owned by or licensed to Tinnitus Clarity and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the program for your own educational purposes during your access period.
You may not reproduce, record, copy, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, upload, or commercially exploit program materials without written permission.
8. Appropriate Use
You agree not to:
